Booking & Refund Policy

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session. Staff verify absence before recording a no-show. A no-show releases the reservation and carries no standard refund.

Cancellation at least 72 hours before the original session: 100% of verified payment. At least 48 hours: 50%. Later: no standard refund. Refunds require approval and are processed separately.

Payments are manually verified by an administrator. A pending request is not a confirmed booking. We aim to review within 30 minutes between 12 noon and 2 AM; outside this window review may take longer.

Never share your mobile-wallet PIN or payment OTP. Transaction ID is optional. Two players on a single racing or VR setup take turns.
